Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESS:

• After checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. We are a small business & we process orders M-F from 9am-5pm PST, Saturday 9am -1pm PST.We do not ship on  Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. 
• Orders may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. 
• We do ship within the U.S.
• Changes to order/cancellations may not be able to made once your order has been submitted. If you need to edit/cancel your order, please let us know ASAP by contacting us at info@silveretteusa.com to see if your order is eligible for a change/cancellation.
• We offer Free Shipping on all standard orders.
• Express Shipping (1-4 business days) is $8.99.
