Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESS:

• After checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. We are a small business & we process orders M-F from 9am-5pm PST, Saturday 9am -1pm PST. We do not ship on Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. 
• Orders may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. 
• We do ship within the U.S.
• Once an order has been submitted, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@silveretteusa.com, and we'll let you know if your order is still eligible for changes or cancellation.
• We offer Free Shipping on all standard orders.
