USPS has not even received my package and I ordered more than 2 weeks ago. I emailed customer service today. Was hoping to have them in the hospital but might try a different brand

I am in awe. These little cups saved my breasts. I was completely cracked and aching from nursing, tried a million creams and cleaning regimens for months and nothing was working. I wore these silverettes between feedings for the last 2 days and my nipples are drastically different and healed?! I don’t know how that’s possible in two days but I’m amazed and SO grateful!! Thank you!!!!
Baby #4- thought I’d give a try. Cooling/comforting, add better protection for soreness than a nursing pad. I’m on day 5 of using, and already noticed the peak of soreness from nursing my newborn on day 3. I’m starting to notice less discomfort when latching, meaning healing is starting to happen.
I bought XL, and I wish they were just a smidge larger, that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. As everything engorges as lactation journey begins. But overall I’d recommend to any mom nursing a newborn, or going through a phase of soreness from nursing. They work wonders.
I love that the Silverettes provide a shield over my nipple, doesn't require creams to work, and helps relieve soreness. I tried the lanolin cream and my nipples bled when nursing. The Silverettes have not done that. Great product, highly recommend.
I struggled with breast feeding and after watching the Dr. Bjorkman’s video recommending these, I decided to splurge and get them in the XL size. THEY SAVED MY NIPPLES YALL!! No cream works better to soothe/heal your nips than silverettes with a squirt of breast milk in them. These things are a life saver and I truly believe I would not have been able to breast feed for 18 months without them.
I’m now onto my 2nd pregnancy and recently moved. Well somehow, I managed to lose one of my silverettes!! 😳 I reached out to customer service and they let me buy just 1 silverette!! I am so thankful because it was not in the budget for me to buy a new pair.
Also if your cups get tarnished, they recommend cleaning them with a paste of baking soda and water. It works like a charm! They look good as new!

I love these so much! I bought the silverettes, 0-feel rings, and the case. They’ve been a game changer for nursing. However, two weeks into using them one of my 0-feel silicon rings tore and broke, making it unusable. I’m so bummed and disappointed because they fit so much more comfortably with the rings on. Great product overall, maybe mine was defective because the other seems to be fine.
Silverette has been incredible. We were displaced by the Palisades fire and are having to replace our belongings. The Silverette's team stepped up in unimaginable ways by providing a pair of Silverettes as I'm expecting my first baby in a matter of days. I did not succeed in nursing my first two children very long. I am so thankful I found silverettes when I was pregnant with my third. I am still nursing her 2.5 years later! So much relief, especially in those early days of breastfeeding! Now I am buying more for a dear friend for her baby shower. Thank you for this life changing product! I think every new mom should be sent home from the hospital with a sample pack of diapers and a pair of silverettes!
These were recommended to me by multiple people, and maybe this was just something specific to my situation, but they caused a nursing strike in my baby. After wearing them on and off for about 24hrs the baby became slowly more uncomfortable at the breast, until she didn't want to nurse at all and would scream at the breast. I did some digging and found some users experienced the silver leaving a metallic taste on their nipples. After cleaning with soap and water the baby latched fine. I haven't returned to using them, because it's too much of a hassle to clean my nipples with soap and water after every use.
I was suffering from a lot of pain due to inverted nipples with skin adhesions. I suspect even some vasospasm. After wearing the Silverettes between feeds for 48hrs no more pain at all. They are absolute magic and little mini miracles
I wish I had these 8 years ago with my first child! Game changer for me sticking with breastfeeding my new baby. They also protect my nipples while wearing clothes, which usually causes me lots of discomfort.

Very good for cracked nipples. Only con is that water or liquids will tarnish the color, though the company's Australian counterpart website stated it was fine and would not impact cleanliness, etc. It is a bit weird to see on the metal.
I usually don't buy silver for my wife but she loves these. Anything to keep our newborn fed and my wives nipples happy.
I am glad I took the risk and purchased these! I love my silverette and I have been using them since receiving the package. I am noticing a great reduction in pain/discomfort. Gentle on the skin, comfortable at night as well. Super recommended!
The only small issue, especially when brand new, is a slight smell of metal and baby taking a few seconds to latch, maybe due to it. I resolved by gently rinsing the breast before breastfeeding. It gets better with usage
