Had another set by another brand, these are shaped much better, make better contact, and therefore they stay on much better.
I got the silicone case for them, which makes them much easier to find and keep track of. It's large enough to a pair of nipple pads as well, which is great!
I love the idea and logistics of this recycling program! It was a seamless experience and great customer service. However, the pendant I received is much larger than I expected and the engraved letter looks white against the silver. It’s not quite the subtle, minimalist charm I was hoping to wear daily, but still a cool memento.
I recently participated in Silverette’s Recycling Program, sending in two large silver cups to be transformed into their Timeless Silver Charm. The customer service throughout the process was absolutely top-notch—quick, responsive, and very communicative. I felt well taken care of every step of the way.
That said, the final product itself left a bit to be desired. The charm is quite small, especially considering the volume of silver I sent in, and the engraving is done in a very basic font with little embellishment or flair. While it’s certainly a meaningful keepsake, I had hoped for a bit more artistry or uniqueness in the final design.
Overall, the experience was smooth and the customer service stellar, but the charm itself felt more standard than special.
I bought my silverettes with my first baby in 2022 and loved them but hated how much they dug into me when I felt engorged. I told my husband I needed to find something that worked as good but didn’t hurt. I started researching and found the O-Rings! I am so glad they designed these and they are much more comfortable! The first set I ordered had a small tear in one of them. I contacted customer support and the immediately sent me a replacement.
The quality is good, and the process was easy. But the charm is much larger than I expected, and the letter initial is very bold. I was hoping for a smaller and more delicate item. But if you like big charms, you will like this! It is a very sweet idea for how to reuse the silver and commemorate your time with your child.
I’m really enjoying the necklace and sharing the story behind it. It reminds me I can do hard things! Thankful for this way to celebrate our breastfeeding journey.
I wanted to love these because so many mom friends recommended them, however, they punch-print their name on the rings and it left it feeling rough. Not something you want on your sensitive nipples. I’m keeping them because I don’t want to bother with a return but just wanted to warn others. It may just be mine.
The Silverettes themselves totally saved me as I was getting going with pumping, but the o rings were disappointing. Without them the Silverettes do punch and the edge is irritating, but with them, the edge is still kind of irritating. It would need to get thinner toward the Silverettes and thinner on the outer edge so that it lays flatter.
I used to have significant pain when my baby would latch, and using nursing pads with nipple balm wasn’t enough. Within a few days of using silverettes, the pain subsided and I actually enjoy nursing my baby!
USPS has not even received my package and I ordered more than 2 weeks ago. I emailed customer service today. Was hoping to have them in the hospital but might try a different brand

I am in awe. These little cups saved my breasts. I was completely cracked and aching from nursing, tried a million creams and cleaning regimens for months and nothing was working. I wore these silverettes between feedings for the last 2 days and my nipples are drastically different and healed?! I don’t know how that’s possible in two days but I’m amazed and SO grateful!! Thank you!!!!
Baby #4- thought I’d give a try. Cooling/comforting, add better protection for soreness than a nursing pad. I’m on day 5 of using, and already noticed the peak of soreness from nursing my newborn on day 3. I’m starting to notice less discomfort when latching, meaning healing is starting to happen.
I bought XL, and I wish they were just a smidge larger, that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. As everything engorges as lactation journey begins. But overall I’d recommend to any mom nursing a newborn, or going through a phase of soreness from nursing. They work wonders.
I love that the Silverettes provide a shield over my nipple, doesn't require creams to work, and helps relieve soreness. I tried the lanolin cream and my nipples bled when nursing. The Silverettes have not done that. Great product, highly recommend.
I struggled with breast feeding and after watching the Dr. Bjorkman’s video recommending these, I decided to splurge and get them in the XL size. THEY SAVED MY NIPPLES YALL!! No cream works better to soothe/heal your nips than silverettes with a squirt of breast milk in them. These things are a life saver and I truly believe I would not have been able to breast feed for 18 months without them.
I’m now onto my 2nd pregnancy and recently moved. Well somehow, I managed to lose one of my silverettes!! 😳 I reached out to customer service and they let me buy just 1 silverette!! I am so thankful because it was not in the budget for me to buy a new pair.
Also if your cups get tarnished, they recommend cleaning them with a paste of baking soda and water. It works like a charm! They look good as new!
Such high quality, you can just tell by the feel of it. Very excited to use when baby arrives!

I love these so much! I bought the silverettes, 0-feel rings, and the case. They’ve been a game changer for nursing. However, two weeks into using them one of my 0-feel silicon rings tore and broke, making it unusable. I’m so bummed and disappointed because they fit so much more comfortably with the rings on. Great product overall, maybe mine was defective because the other seems to be fine.
